The Prudential Inline Buyer Research Toolkit includes:
- Environmental Profile -- location of any environmental hazards, leaking storage tanks, state hazardous waste sites, superfund sites, and even clandestine drug labs (known) within a one third mile radius of the home.
- Value Range Estimator -- estimated value of homes, lot sizes, overhead and aerial pictures and other details.
- Property Profile -- a detailed report of the home, date of last purchase and price.
- Foreclosed Properties Search -- This tool is planned and still under development.
